Bubur Sagu RangiBahan:

  • 300 gram sagu ambon, rendam dalam air dingin, haluskan.
  • 2 sdm kenari, kupas, potong kecil.
  • 150 gram gula merah, rebus dalam air.
  • Seruas jari jahe, memarkan.
  • 600 cc santan.
  • 2 lembar daun pandan.
  • 2 sdt garam.
  • 1 sdt vanili.

Cara membuat:

  1. Rebus sagu dengan air secukupnya hingga kental.
  2. Masukkan kenari, gula merah, dan jahe. Aduk rata, angkat.
  3. Kuah: rebus santan, daun pandan, garam, dan vanili hingga mendidih.
  4. Sajikan bubur sagu rangi dengan santan.
