Buncis Cah OncomBahan:

  • 250 gram buncis, potong-potong.
  • 2 potong oncom, potong dadu.
  • 3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis.
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis.
  • 5 buah cabai rawit merah, potong-potong.
  • 1 batang daun bawang, potong tipis.
  • 1 sendok teh saus tiram.
  • 1/2 sendok teh lada bubuk.
  • 1 sendok teh garam.
  • 1 sendok makan gula pasir.
  • 1/2 sendok teh penyedap rasa, jika suka.
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya.

Cara membuat:

  1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan cabai, oncom, daun bawang, buncis. Beri saus tiram, lada, penyedap rasa, garam, gula. Aduk rata.
  3. Masak hingga matang, angkat.
  4. Hidangkan.
