Bahan:
- 500 cc susu cair.
- 1 sdm maizena.
- 50 gr gula pasir.
- 2 kuning telur, kocok rata.
- 1/2 sdt essens vanili/ 1 sdm rhum.
Cara membuat:
- Cairkan tepung maizena dengan sedikit susu, sisihkan.
- Cairkan kuning telur dengan sedikit susu, sisihkan.
- Masak susu dan gula dengan api kecil. Pada saat hangat, masukkan cairan maizena aduk rata.
- Segera masukkan cairan telur, aduk terus hingga tercampur rata dan licin.
- Matikan api, terus aduk hingga dingin, baru tambahkan rhum/vanili cair/bubuk.
