Es Campur KlentengBahan:

  • 200 gram cincau hitam, potong dadu.
  • 200 gram kelapa muda, keruk memanjang.
  • 200 gram kolang-kaling merah, iris tipis.
  • 1 sendok makan selasih.
  • 100 gram daging sirsak, buang biji.
  • Es serut secukupnya.
  • 100 ml sirup cocopandan.
  • 100 ml susu kental manis.

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Susun dalam gelas saji; cincau, kelapa muda, kolang-kaling, selasih dan daging sirsak.
  2. Tambahkan es serut.
  3. Tuang sirup cocopandan dan susu ken tal manis.
  4. Sajikan dingin.

Hasil: 3 porsi
