Pencok TelurBahan:

  • 5 butir telur, rebus matang, kupas.
  • 250 gram tempe, potong lima bagian.
  • 300 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa.
  • Gula pasir dan garam secukupnya.
  • 1 sendok makan minyak goreng.
  • 100 gram kacang panjang, iris tipis.

Bumbu halus:

  • 3 buah cabai merah.
  • 3 buah cabai rawit.
  • 5 siung bawang putih, goreng.
  • 3 cm kencur.

  • 2 sdm margarin/mentega, lelehkan.
  • 3 btr telur rebus.
  • 1/2 sdt garam.
  • 1/2 merica hitam halus.

Kaserol Kacang PanggangBahan:

  • 7 klg baked beans.
  • 50 gr keiu cheddar, potong-potong.
  • 200 gr wortel, potong bulat 7/2 cm.
  • 2 btg daun bawang, potong 2 cm.
  • 1 bh bawang bombai, iris bulat agak tebal.
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang.
  • 500 gr tomat, seduh air panas, kupas, cincang.
  • 1/2 sdt merica halus.
  • 1/2 bh palo, memarkan.
  • 1 sdm mentega/margarin.
  • garam secukupnya.
